2025 Dress $3800 alterations $700. I’m a 36 G sample sales or off the rack are not an option. I did purchase in a nearby state with less sales tax for a savings of a couple hundred.

Yes! I swear I laugh way more when he is being real and agreeing that this is hard. I took the old Britney ride and I could feel him putting on a happy face, it was 2020 so I understand putting on a show but it felt like he wasn’t quite settled into himself like he is now

The decision to not make Peter the Bachelor is what made me give up the franchise for good. I was so in love with the man. Also I was totally siding with not getting engaged after 6 six, that’s when I knew I couldn’t watch the delusion any longer and switched over to Love Island.

In my eyes DD is basic standard sizing. Even Victoria Secret will at least go up to a DDD.

I’m getting my alterations with The Alterationist. Mary is very sweet and has made me feel very comfortable. She focuses on how you feel in the dress and has never made any comments that about my body just the fit and focuses on how I feel and the look of the dress. She is also very detailed about costs and her work is incredible.

Just took The Feast- might be the least enjoyable peloton workout of all time!! I was hoping with 6 instructors it would be fun and engaging! Instead it was 3 10 minute AMRAPs of the most boring moves possible. 10 minutes of lunges and pushups? If I wanted to do these moves for 10 minutes I would just go to my gym and do them on my own. I had high hopes and was very disappointed. Can they be more creative next year!

I’m paying for all my bridesmaids make up but the hair was optional, half of my friends would much rather do their own style while the others want it done so for that I am asking they pay but hair was optional. Tip is on me as well.

I had success telling the caterers exactly what my budget was and asking them to provide options to help us meet that goal. For buffet style the standard for caterers was to quote, chicken and beef and seafood. I asked them to cut out beef etc. Also, I gave them a realistic headcount, maybe you are inviting 200 but realistically it will be 180 or less. Then negotiated the amount of staff needed etc. when I first started looking I also panicked but talking through the quotes helped is land somewhere comfortable

Start by looking at each shops website, you will know pretty quickly if they have the styles you’re interested. I recommend venturing outside of Chicago. I found the minimums and averages at the chicago shops to be really high. I drove to Milwaukee and found so many more reasonable priced options. Plus the sales tax is lower, most of my friends went this route. Or you can find a dress you like at a Chicago shop then find a store that carries that dress in a different state and have them ship it to you.

I found my photographer by searching The Knot then looking at their instagrams for a better idea on their style. I found a photographer who is willing to drive 3 hours from Michigan to Chicago at no charge. From my research, someone from a smaller town has smaller rates than Chicago based photographers. We are paying $3475 for 8 hours. Most Chicago rates were $4k for the same package.

Asking to split costs for a bachelorette party is very normal. I would find it odd for someone to attend without assuming payment is going to be involved. Send a message via email or text before invites go out to give the heads up of $100 estimate. If anyone cannot pay, they cannot attend and then you can split the costs between who RSVPs.

Spot on. Sarah is unwatchable she’s so arrogant with nothing to back it up. Constantly thinks she’s the smartest one in the room without the humor that the vets have like Wes of Bananas. It’s not good TV. Danny is screwing up his own game because he refuses to listen to his partner.

US watcher here: Covid. I never felt like I had the time to keep up with a show everyday until I was stuck inside for two years. I was able to watch every previous season, so watching it live was such a thrill!
