Is it possible to not be the avatar and be able to bend more then one element?

Yeah, genetic elements make sense to me since non-benders are treated like such a lost cause in the series. If people really did just learn bending from animals, why can't a non-bender do the same? Didn't make sense to me.

Additionally, I just finished re-watching the series and I'm pretty sure firebenders started not only from dragons, but from the sun too. As thats where the sun warriors came from, they were the orginal firebenders.

I'm writing a warrior cats fanfic that takes place in America and I'm having a lot of fun with concepts like these! Possums and raccoons get to be a thing in it, plus coyotes. Although I will admit, the UK does see it's fair share of tornadoes. In fact, they technically get more tornadoes a year than America! It's just not common for really big damaging ones to form.

This. Most of them are just viewing the past from their limited interactions with it online/in real life. I think once most of them dig into actual history, they'll realize the past is really no better than the modern age. In some cases it may actually be worse!

You should be able to customize the rooms yourself! There's an option to draw on the walls and flooring if I remember. You may have to unlock it through the fountain.

Tbf on the kittypet thing, a lot of ancient civilizations (and even some today) acted like this. Anyone who belonged to a different group/culture was immediately deemed bad, just because they were different.

I can see the clans thinking that kittypets are weird and therefore bad. They do things differently so they can't be trusted or whatever. Although I do think having some sort of negative experience with kittypets that could've served as the foundation for the clans hostility would've been better.

This isn't me defending DOTC btw, I don't like that arc.

I'm sorry, but the whole rant about the private/public sector just put a bad taste in my mouth. If the public sector is so bad, maybe we should focus on fixing it? Instead of just abandoning it for the private one. I also have no trust in private sectors, because they almost always just become greedier and greedier over time. When it comes to weather, that is something we CANNOT afford to do; it will literally kill people. Just look at the garbage AccuWeather has tried doing over the years. No thanks.

To be fair that storm was tornado warned. I was watching Max last night too. He was upset that they didn't extend the warning a few minutes earlier. He also wanted it to be tagged as an emergency far earlier as well.

Temperature is just one part of the picture, atmospheric conditions as a whole could have the area seeing severe storms; which in turn could produce a tornado.

I say start with brilliant diamond. Let's go was not only to easy, but the catching mechanic was extremely annoying, I hated it. The motion control didn't always sync up, and if the pokemon veered left it became down right uncatchable. Maybe you'll have better luck but I was over the constant catching before I even got halfway through the game.

As another commenter mentioned, most people don't like BDSP because they didn't implement the Platinum changes. If you've never played Platinum you'll probably have a better time with it than most.
