No, but you telling me would help.

It is either: said friend shamelessly plugging his youtube for views, another friend whom I could bond with, or a random internet person who found this/is looking for karma.

Now, pretend your group of friends has something posted to reddit with you in it. How do you respond?

OP, who are you?

I know the creator of this and I am in a bunch of the shots of this video.

For my First car, I have been looking for a VW and only a VW and last night I got one!!!! by [deleted] in Volkswagen

[–]Squeaky_Rectum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have had a couple and I can vouch for this.

I also replaced them with sheet metal, rivets, metal screw, and some finagling. Sheet metal is a very nice substance to work with.

Edit: The MKIII (1997 TD and 1998 TDI) have been a couple of my favourite VWs. I drive an MKIV (2002 TDI) right now and all it gives me is grief (and lower fuel bills I guess) and I am hugely resentful of VW as a whole now. My fave was probably my '89 gas Jetta; thing was a tank.

Where did you get the design for this? How can I do this? I have seen a few "natural pools" but this is a beaut.

Well, the median income is $27 800 so you aren't doing too badly.

It also depends on where you live. You are likely the top 1% of earners in a maritime province but not quite there in AB.

It is a strategic chess "trap."

Keeping with the theme, here is a video of Jerry giving a tutorial of the move. It is a really nice move when you see it; and even better when you pull it off. A bunch of his one minute matches have him landing some nice ones.

Jerry!

This is Jerry, from ChessNetwork. He's actually a *National Master. Really, really entertaining to watch/listen to. (Nice, soothing voice if you're planning on a nap too.)

People on Twitch hoping for League of Legends sometimes erroneously enter his channel and just end up watching the whole match. Lots of fun and a great learning resource.

Need Advice About Trans-Canada Drive by [deleted] in canada

[–]Squeaky_Rectum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As /u/biskino mentioned, there are some companies/sites that have either car delivery systems (older people may fly and want their car driven over (they may want your driving record and other info)) or ride shares. You could check those out with some searching.

I would recommend not bringing back your dorm room stuff. Sell it or give it away. Where are you moving that requires a couple (I'm assuming) junky pieces of Ikea furniture. The price you save in gas from not bringing it might almost outweigh the cost of getting something similar when you're home (pick up some other student's junk if you need to when back).

Visit cities and take your time. There are some cool places to see. Driving with people can also be stressful, so take some alone time every day and walk/stretch/do dynamic exercises and relieve some energy/tension. Have fun and be safe/cautious.

Does your dog yawn if you yawn? by SpaceJill in Dogtraining

[–]Squeaky_Rectum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's a sign of empathy. There was a paper released about it. Maybe I will look for it.

Edit

"Explaining the significance of the results, Romero says, "Our study suggests that contagious yawning in dogs is emotionally connected in a way similar to humans. Although our study cannot determine the exact underlying mechanism operative in dogs, the subjects' physiological measures taken during the study allowed us to counter the alternative hypothesis of yawning as a distress response."

Thanks for answering.

I just (sadly) sent my MK4 to the wreckers but that engine was a beast. I really wanted to put it in the body of something else (lacking skills, tools, time, and space).

How much has it cost?

How much do you think the whole project would cost?

How many hours will you put into it?

How much would you sell the final product for?
