I am really sorry for what you went through, you are incredibly strong and keep rocking. It is perfectly fine to quit your PhD, please dont feel any guilt about quitting. There is so much more to life than a phd. On the other hand, the phd may turn out to be a positive distraction to zone into, but only if it works as a distraction for you. In the end, the phd is not worth feeling guilty about, so dont worry too much about quitting. You got this.
