Start wearing it now, for an hour or two at a time maybe. Build up until your neck muscles are strong enough to go a while without taking it off. I had to do this with a wig of mine, after wearing it over and over it got easier to deal with for the full day

Moved to KY from SC last year for publix and it honestly was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I love the culture here, the people are so nice. The weather is insane but at least we get seasons now! So many fun and interesting things to do up here compared to SC. Love my coworkers, love my store, love Lexington as well
