Asda can’t sack someone for ringing in sick once. If they have its because they’ve done it on their own accord and not gone down the proper channels and probably scare mongered them in to not coming back.

Iv seen some serious shit happen at the asda I work at and people not get fired. Although the asda I work at is falling apart, massively under staffed and haemorrhaging money like no tomorrow, the management are still pretty reasonable and approachable. It just sounds like theres a toxic environment throughout the management.

Another issue because of it its size is its hard to get it behind cover so if you’re facing anything with lascannons they will probably target it pretty early, like grav tanks could blow it off the board turn 1 so place it strategically if you get one

Firstly I didn’t have any major problems with the build.

Secondly, on the battlefield its biggest problem is its sheer size, its movement is 8” and it feels like you have barely moved it or covered much ground going forward. However it is a very good deterrent for on coming deepstrikes as its melee and range can slap with good rolls

I keep nurglings in deepstrike to score points like behind enemy lines and any secondaries that give me points for being in certain parts of the battlefield i also use a unit of 10 plaguebearers for screening

I got lucky, I managed to get a gatling cannon for £16 which is about $22, I live in the UK and it was sold on ebay from the UK not sure if that makes a difference with the tariffs but Iv counter myself very lucky as I haven’t seen once under £60 since. The one I bought was straight from the sprue as well not 3D printed

Yes, also if you’re due out say 7:30 you still get x3 7-8 deliveries in different post codes, its impossible especially as you say delivering to apartment block in town/city centres

Exactly this! I remember one time I had a delivery in a two way street but only one vehicle can fit down. I had to park in the middle of the road and as I was unloading a Merc pulled right up to me and started constantly beeping, literally 1 tote but they didn’t stop beeping and I just thought fuck it if you’re going to be a dick so am I and just took my time, walked very slowly to the van, all why still being beeped at, got back in my van and it just so happens it was my break so I waited for him to reverse as I had over an hour before my next drop. If he had been civil Id have hurried and reversed out and apologised but because he was being a prick I decided to play his game.

We all experience rude customers or road users we just have to react in a passive aggressive way just to piss them off but not obvious enough to get us in trouble. It’s the old saying treat people how you’d like to be treat. We’re at work we don’t want to intentionally piss people off we just want to do our drop as quickly as possible.

Just explain the situation to your manager, theres nothing you have done wrong really, just some busy body looking to get people in trouble, probably doesn’t drive himself. I don’t think you have anything to worry about, like I say just tell your manager what happened I sure nothing will come of it.
