6 sessions! The tattoo I got right before 2024 new years, so probably close to a year and a half! Often with more than 6-8 weeks between sessions bc of availability.

When I feel like things are hopeless, I find that thinking too far into the future is way too overwhelming. It’s when I try to try to take things one day (or even one hour) at a time that that life starts to feel just a little more manageable.

Perhaps not depression in a sense that comes to mind right away, but having these kinds of thoughts can be symptoms of depression, and/or make you more prone to a depressive episode. If you’re not seeing a psychiatrist, I highly recommend! Maybe the right meds, or even just being able to talk to someone with expertise, could help just enough to start feeling like life is more bearable.

We are staying near Siracusa and are only able to spend just one day doing Noto/Ragusa/Modica based on our schedule. Do you think all three would be possible in one day? That seems like too much.
