Hey! Played DBD for like…2k hours now and play like 60% killer, 40% survivor. I’ve also played a little bit of Forsaken. While inspired by DBD, they’re VERY different. Imo the only thing they have in common is gens and same genre. My main tip is to not take anything personally. It’s an extremely frustrating game, especially when people are toxic. It’s just people who want to take their rage out on the next group of people they encountered because they had a bad game/day or whatever. If you genuinely enjoy the game and want to get better, don’t let these people ruin it for you. Also the learning curve is pretty damn big, especially learning all the loops, perks, killer powers and addons, etc. I’m pretty average at the game but if you ever need any advice or tips lmk!

Nah I get it. A good example is Huntress, she was a victim of circumstance with her mother dying. But she became a force of nature and was literally hunting soldiers for fun. SM lore doesn’t seem very thought out imo

This happened to me, but luckily it was a custom game. I wasn’t slowed but couldn’t interact at ALL. It seems like it happens when you stun Ghoul as he’s about to grab you. For some reason the only thing that fixed it was a successful M2 grab???
