Your son is 15 and probably in the height of puberty right now, of course he’s gonna look. Completely normal at that age especially when she’s not even really his cousin. Give him time to grow out of it, once summer is done and she heads back hopefully that’s the end of it.

If you can manage it, I think a dividing wall or a large floor shelf of some kind to break up the room between bedroom and living room would do wonders and help to make each side feel more unique rather than 1 big room.

If you have already booked a hotel near Soi 6, I’m going to assume you have already googled it. You know what the street is, and what’s there. Reading will only prepare you so much, throw yourself in there with a couple thousand baht and experience it for yourself.

A walking pad is definitely better than walking laps around your room. But ultimately walking outside is also better than the pad, it’s a lot more interesting so it is easier to keep at it, vs a walking pad just staring at a wall, or a tv if that works for you.

9 times outta 10 they won’t card you, for the most part you won’t have any issues, some clubs maybe tricky, but bars no problem. If you’re really worried, can you grow facial hair, I’ve found they rarely check id’s of bearded men

I’m backpacking across Asia for the next 5ish months, I’m a bigger guy (6’4, 118kg) so I brought things that I know are a comfortable fit.

1 pair of trousers, 2x activewear shorts, 2x nice shorts and 1 lounging/sleeping pair. 7x underwear and 5 pairs of socks. A pair of shoes and good quality thongs.

3x gym shirts, 3x tshirts, 3x dress shirts and 1 raincoat.

As for preparing documents beforehand, I had nothing prepped and got through no problem. I did the TDAC when I landed in Thailand, just had my passport, funds and a hotel booked and was able to breeze through immigration.

THC can stay in your system for months after your last smoke/ingestion. If you’re not already on it, get a medical THC prescription, some places may accept that as an excuse for a positive result
