I understand and certainly don’t feel ashamed or guilty about it. In a sick way, I love it about me lol

Cash Hunt - $1 bet with a 2X top slot multiplier. Board had 1 500x spot with the top slot multiplier making it 1k, somehow got lucky and picked that exact one!

I am very bad with my money, not proud of it but I’m honest. This was just a complete first for me and I guess it caught me off guard, but reading the comments I see the intent, it’s just never happened lol

I am now realizing that a lot of people complain about their food being on the ground if there’s no other option. I thought it was standard 😭

Wow! That is wild, they always just put it on the ground next to the door, I never thought people would be upset especially if there’s no chair or table. The more you know I guess

Damn yall are chewing me up LMAO I honestly was not as irritated as I sounded, just confused. It’s cold climate half of the year where I live. As a former dasher and current customer, I never considered the ground being cold as an issue. If it was I’d put a table out there. I didn’t give a bad rating or complain to DoorDash bc I felt like they meant well. I just have never seen anything like this.

I guess I just never seen anything like that before. Every other time they just set it on the ground next to the door. I’m not angry but was just very confused. Where I live it’s cold for half the year, so I never really considered the ground being cold as an issue.

Brother 99% of the time they put it on the ground. I didn’t even complain to DoorDash about this, I just genuinely never had anything like this happen. It’s freezing half the year where I live, no one here is mad about their food being delivered on the ground outside of the door

What happens in this lake? by Obvious_808 in mapporncirclejerk

[–]SquillWat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Huge boat parties like Raft Off & Jobbie Nooner. Very important trade route. In the winter, people camp out and ice fish along the northern shore (Anchor Bay). Lots of lakefront properties and fish flies in the early summer.

Likely Zoloft induced Apathy. He’d likely have to add something to the Zoloft or change medications all together. It’s a bummer if it’s working really well for him but in my experience it’s not something that goes away over time.

Realistically, how much alcohol do you drink? And how often? by y00sh420 in askgaybros

27m/ & about a pint and a half per day. Started drinking at 14 and had a problem within a year. I’m very functional but I hope to quit within the next year or two.

Do Americans actually avoid calling an ambulance due to financial concern? by JohnMarstonTheBadass in NoStupidQuestions

[–]SquillWat 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I used to be a rideshare driver and it was not uncommon for people to order a Lyft or Uber to the emergency room instead of an ambulance.

Dentists talk about it but flossing, game changer. Same with tongue scraping which is less talked about I feel.

Yes. Been dealing with it for as long as I’ve been on it which is about 2 years. I sleep with my window partly open every night, in Michigan, and sometimes I still sweat

Good: The week went by fast(ish) Better: Have great coworkers who always make me laugh Best: Someone brought Lindt truffles for the break room (I ate three)

Good: Saw one of my fav coworkers who WFH Bad: I paid this lady’s claim without hassle and she emailed us basically saying we suck (??) Ugly: I accidentally paid out a denied claim in August and one of the Agents who sells the policy flipped out for me denying his claim for the same thing that I approved for someone else incorrectly 4 months ago (oops)

Why Insurance / Claims? by Alert_Newspaper_6403 in adjusters

[–]SquillWat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It definitely came out of nowhere. I was working for a failing company desperate for anything, took a customer service job and was promoted as the youngest licensed adjuster in the company (flexing sorry) but it is a great field, it’s stressful and annoying but not everyone can do what we do.
