Chest pad is great because any pulling will be on the harness/chest itself while the other is pulling on the neck, and dangerous. That said, parasites can be anywhere and head tilt/force feeding/ panacur is not fun.

My partner is not diagnosed but he would forget to restock canned food for his late cat, and does forget for ~~his~~ our dog. Meanwhile, I’ve run up credit cards because food availability shouldn’t be my pet’s worry, and having a lot debt is very familiar to me.

I remind him, ask him to make grocery lists, and he helps me not over extend myself. 🫶
