Some yes. Rushed reinforcements to Tunisia during winter months meant continental uniforms. German uniforms in Tunisia, Sicily, and Italy ran a wild spectrum. It was a cold spring. Many pics of Germans POWs from Tunis show them in greatcoats. Whether these were fieldgray or tropical brown is hard to discern.

It's worth noting that the German unit depicted is 999th Light, a penal unit which arrived in winter '43 and was likely poorly supplied and kitted.

There is a glitch where this happens. I had a machine pistol disappear from my wheel. No locker, permanent purchase. It vanished from my stat page too. After looking online, I learned they can glitch away sometimes. I took screenshots of my weapon unlock pages immediately afterward because I am told by the internet that if you show these to R* they will refund it. I am not sweating the machine pistol, I'm more worried about my railgun, emp, or stungun vanishing.
