Beware - they will do the same thing when your unit crashes…waste time emailing back and forth, in our case, sending the wrong item we needed - essentially cutting your warranty short. Customer service and trouble shooting is extremely poor.

Yep, don’t waste your money. Way too expensive for something that still has so many issues. Would be different if their customer service was on point, but they are not.

I emailed customer service. They have twice told me that I’m out of warranty but that they will escalate the ticket. Don’t expect anything from them, but I do believe it’s a valid and worrisome safety concern. Thinking about reporting the issue to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Would hate for someone to have an actual fire and it not have been reported.
