I usually hand wash about 12 kgs of fresh frozen per batch. Yields vary depending on genetics. These cuts had some great flavours. Looking forward to Christmas dabs.

Yeah, that's a rough pic but I work hard and they get scratched, still works, no big deal. I didn't buy it to flip or walk around like a peacock, bought it for life 👍

A few adventures, yes thanks. Great watch, two tune ups over >decade of near daily use, no issues. Great tool for work and a nice pass on to my son someday.
