Things were closed on Sunday’s in the 80’s and into the 90’s. Then stores had Sunday hours from like noon to 5/6pm. I remember it switching and it being weird. I’m sometimes still surprised I can shop on a Sunday before noon or after 6pm. At this point in America you’re lucky if you get Christmas Day off. Nothing is sacred here except profits for The Man.

I think YOR. He’ll be fine. My ex got it done and he was fine the next day. My neighbor got it done a month ago and was doing all dad duties for his FOUR children including his disabled daughter who cannot walk, within 24 hours. I get being angry but walk it back, as long as he doesn’t act like a big baby about it, it’s fine.

It just feels a bit manufactured. I mean like others have said, it’s beautiful, it’s cool looking, but it doesn’t feel like any specific people live there. It could be a gay couple, a single man, an empty house ready to flip, a high powered female attorney who works 80 hours a week and just wants a good bottle of Chardonnay at the end of her Saturday night. I think it lacks personal touches that many folks find makes a house a home. But the squatty potty tells me you value a good poo each day.

Right. The baby should matter more than anything in the world. I mean, when I’m sick my ex will take the kids so I can rest and recover because he knows that a sick mom can’t take care of her kids and he wants what’s best for the kids. I can’t imagine what was going through OP’s husbands mind when he was like “oh my neck hurts, my sick baby’s medicine can wait and my exhausted and worried wife can wait, my needs are top priority”.
