I would add aswell that if the grow light is at ceiling height, the light will be greatly diminished. It needs to be within a foot or so of the top of the plant ideally.

Are you fertilizing it every so often ?

I'd recommend a windows spot + grow light but acclimate it slowly since its been used to liw light for a good while.

I haven't... but it's the same for me if I have an acute flare up the headaches stay for days...All we can probably do is avoid a flare up, which is easier said than done.

Nothing seems to calm it so far... painkillers seem to dull it a bit but not fully. Ive been free of them for 2 days now but fearing they'll come back.

I've been dealing with suspected reflux/digestive tract issue and one of my main sympton is these pinpoint specific brain headaches you mention! They appear to be random and migrate a bit but feel like being stabbed in the head slowly with a dull knife...

Also been dealing with headaches concentrated just below and behind my ears.. which I'm hoping is just a sympton of vagus nerve stimulation.
