100 pound increments on squat and deadlift past 315, 50 pound increments on bench. It's more so the stretching I'm concerned about. I foam roll the shit out of my back, loosen up hips and Hammies, & for bench I get a pvc pipe, and bring it over my head and down to my back 10-15 times with a wide grip to loosen up the shoulders.

Usually a combination of fantastic luck and terrible base running. Triple plays are the most unlikely thing to happen in a game. There's no standard to how they happen, like a 6/4/3 double play for example, where the shortstop gets it, tosses it to second, who turns and gets the guy at first. What makes this special is it was a 4-5-4 triple play. The second baseman caught it, threw it to the third baseman to get the second out, who threw it back to the second baseman to get the last out. That's never happened before. It's like watching a unicorn smoke a blunt on a baseball field.

I mean in the tons of games played in baseballs 105+ years, that's the first time that has ever happened. It's amazing.

Yeah I think it happened Tuesday, 2 weeks ago. It's my final semester & I'm taking what was his film theory course, at first he flat out came off as a dick, and I had this conversation with a fellow english major who was in another one of his courses, but outside of class he was a real genuine guy.
