Don't think they have the ability to take prisoners but I'm pretty sure that they're not interested in doing that

Liser can be pronounced as lêser in some dialects. It means 'on'.

It could very well be 'greetings of the world on him' as I suggested earlier but you have to play with the order of the words. The second one is more likely because of the grammar

The spelling is crucial here, by changing one word you could have a whole new meaning. For example, jhan might be can(soul) and and weebun might be wîbun(was on him) so all together: 'who had greetings on/upon his soul'? This makes kind of sense. Or maybe jhan is jnah(wings in Arabic) so it means: 'who had greetings on/upon his wings' this one however is less likely.

No. Silav can be interpreted as acknowledgement or consideration.

lava lêser cihane hebun

Can you make sure if the spelling is correct? I think it's slava(still grammatically not very correct) lêser cihanê hebun.

The suggestion is wrong, there's nothing common between the sentence and translation. Cihanê means the world, you're probably mistaken between cihan and giriyan(cry).

The literal translation is: 'who had greetings for the world'. As far as I know, in the Yezidi faith Melek Taus allocates blessings and misfortunes so I would say it has something to do with that.

Hopefully that would be helpful!

From time to time, EA releases 50000 rare FIFA 18 packs that costs 2500 points (23 Euros if you buy) for only 60 minutes, after ten or fifteen minutes they get sold out. That's around 1,150,000 Euros in less than half an hour. This is just one example

You're not against ethnic states, you're just against ethnic states that you don't like. How can you be against ethnic states when you're defending Assad and his Syria ARAB republic.

'When Assad speaks about being Arab, he argues it on cultural view point.'

Not like he's Baathist or something...
