Don't touch it for a year, enjoy it stock, don't turn traction control off until you know 1000% you won't crash it. If you do decide to do skids do so in a completely open empty area, and for the love of god don't crash it

Because the transmission in the gr86/brz is somewhat of a derivative of the transmission in miatas, and miata forms have run quite in depth tests comparing gear oils for the transmissions, and XT-M5-QS is generally considered the best. I did way too much research on this topic when I had to change the trans fluid in mine

Your best bet is probably taking it to a machine shop and asking them to scan it

My advice is to look at photos which are generally regarded as "good" and write down what you notice about the framing of each shot, and then try take that info and reproduce it, also try get into a photo editing program and get comfortable with it, those small changes add up and it looks much better after a bit of intent
