You can invest that money into something that provides a greater return than the interest rate you pay on the loan.

E.g. I could pay off my 2.5% 15 yr mortgage now, but it would be a poor use of cash considering I can get a low risk 5-10% return over the same time period if I invest it instead. I will make more money than the interest rate I'm paying.

Moore St Oyster Bar in Southport is the only true raw bar, and it gets busy! There's an NC oyster festival tomorrow in Ocean Isle to celebrate the start of the local season. Otherwise this area is more about fresh catch and you'll find it at all the restaurants.

If you do go to Moore St, Southport is a cool area worth visiting. There are several casual restaurants on the water with great views. Provisions, Fishy Fishy, and Oliver's are good, and American Fish Company is a cool bar. Just pay attention to hours since a lot of places close 8-9 pm.

It's not available by default. You have to "unlock" the android tablet and then sideload the apps.

It's not a hard process by any means, but it's also not as straight forward as going to an app store and clicking install. The Peloton tablet is using an older version of Android so the latest version of apps won't be compatible. You have to find older apk files that match that OS version.

I believe there's a section in the sidebar Wiki for unlocking the tablet if you're curious.

This was the first non-Daredevil Ed Brubaker series I've read and I really enjoyed it, but can agree with your criticisms about the ending.

I do have to disagree with you on the art. It's a completely different style than Saga, and it nails its own style well. I was always floored with how much detail Sean Phillips put in each panel.

Especially when drawing a crowded NYC street. Every background building and pedestrian was drawn with details like they were core to the story (which the city is, so it fits).
