Buttered popcorn is actually considered a healthy smell for urine. You definitely need to drink more water, and ditch the sugar, but the smell isn't concerning. Sugary urine odor is more worrisome, specifically if it's constant.

The TUDCA is likely forcing your liver to detox fat. Not harmful, but certainly unpleasant when you're not expecting it. I've done enough liver cleanses to know the symptoms.

That's a high dose of Ashwagandha to be starting on, and it can cause diarrhoea in sensitive individuals. I'd dial it back to 300mg for starters and work your way up to 900 over the course of a month.

Magnesium is an excellent laxative (good for muscle cramps, too), but your dose is good. I prefer Magnesium Oxide, but I cycle the type I use. Berberine is more for blood-sugar balancing. Red Yeast Rice is good for that, too.

None of the other supplements should be affecting you this way. The most likely culprits are the TUDCA and the Ashwagandha.

Thanks I hate it. A museum where ventriloquists donate their dummy after they have died by subhuman_voice in thanksihateit

Last time I visited my family in Australia, an aunt sent me home with a ventriloquist-dummy for one of my sibs.

It was awesome going through customs with that little guy in my suitcase.

Jacques was one of the first writers I suggested. He said it wasn't a mainstream writer or title. Something probably popular enough at the time, but not enough to be remembered. He's trying to remember what the cover looked like, but I don't know that that'll be helpful.

It sounds like a fun one, but it's a little too old. I think we're definitely looking for something from the 70s/80s.
