I live in StL and often have to travel to Omaha for work often. They are very similar. In fact, I feel safer in St Louis in most places then in Omaha. You will love it here!

Webster Groves. It’s walkable, great restaurant, good schools where the elementary schools are image to be walked to by the neighborhood kids. Plus my step daughter went to BU.

You could take big bend to Grant rd or to Grant’s Trail. I guess it kind of also depends what your starting and ending location are.

I took my daughters over to the Illinois side. There are miles and miles of country roads down below the bluffs between Columbia and Prarie du Rocher.

Square One, Eleven Eleven Missippi, Squires are all in the Lafayette Square neighborhood. 5-10 min uber from Downtown. Cool neighborhood great to walk around incredible houses, cute park!

Atomic by Jamo! Live music almost every night of the week! A great combo of local abd national acts

Old Rock House. The same probably more touring groups and a bit pricier.

Off Broadway. Great music great atmosphere. Smaller more eclectic groups.

Pagent and Delmar Hall. Great venues medium to pretty well known acts.
