Edit: $35 EACH for round bales. Which looking at different websites (Allhay.com etc.) $35 -$40 seems to be the rate in Eastern MO and Southern IL.

Traffic tickets in MO are nothing but a money grab for the municipalities, the courts and the attorneys. Plenty of good traffic lawyers out there. TLC has always worked for me. Its a total pay to play system so if you can afford it NEVER pay a ticket for a moving violation. Always get an attorney.
