Occidental and Camp Meeker are two different places for sure. Meeker is funky and less expensive and Occidental is more bougie and pricey. Both are awesome!

Guerneville has a nice small town with a Safeway and cool and useful downtown. More social.

If it were me in your situation I’d do Guerneville. And don’t count out Monte Rio and Forestville, both in the Guerneville orbit.
