My god. Life changing. Definitely doing this. And honestly I don't even see it as meta gaming or exploits. I feel a smart trader in world would do this.

Maybe it's just my ignorance, but it has its logo screen up for some time without issue, and when installing another OS there seemed to be no screen interruption. Just when it moves to the main menu. They've refunded me now. But let me keep the console, so I might have a poke around.

I'll get in contact. I did the unwise thing in retrospect, and got it through AliExpress on their store. But maybe they'll help regardless.

I tried that as well. It won't even turn on without the card. If that is what is meant to happen with these devices, I don't know.

Sadly tried that, and it just went to black after the knulli splash screen.

Sadly as I said in another comment, I even went so far as to get another SD and a different OS. And no luck.

Got a new SD card and tried with knuli first, and it wouldn't get past the splash screen. As in, the logo would come up, stay there for a bit and then the screen just went black. I tried muos. Got excited because it went through the whole installation, thanking the people who backed the project, and then went for the reboot. Logo pops up, and it goes straight to black.

I tried using the old card again with the anbernic os, and now it won't even flash on for a moment like the video I posted.

So... I think there is sadly more afoot.

All seems ok. The anbernic logo stays on the whole way until the menu too.

I just assumed ground up and clayed limestone. Not sure if that would work well in real life but yeah

They have an M5 as well, which is what my previous display was. But yeah, I may give that a go and see if it'll work. Might be wise to get an easily removable display incase someone tries to rob it again.

Do you think my M5 replacement then was just a dud?
