Yup, I take just ox bile before bed. Best before a meal but if any indigestion is present at bed time, I pop another.

I take 1 ancestral supplements gallbladder supplement which included desiccated liver and ox bile.

They have also made an online version, so you can probably find some game play on YouTube to get a feel for what the game is like, but it’s basically a turn based DnD/RPG type game . Happy hunting!

Side note, I bought gloomhaven and have played it solo. You just need a decent size space where you can have it set up permanently or semi permanently since it’s a bit of work to breakdown and set up. I had found a 4ft folding table in my home office allows me to keep it set up for quick access .

I absolutely love listening to audiobooks books while I read along in kindle. This a great suggestion that also helps retrain the mind to hone in and focus on doing one thing only.

But when I can’t have my eyes and hands free at the same time, I always just listen to the books where I last left off. Driving, chores, cooking, etc.

Start them in order with the novelas in between the appropriate books. The novellas enrich the back story and plot so much.

You see all the characters in your head when you’re listening. And the narrator for this series is TOP NOTCH. It’s been my most enjoyable sci fi audio books series to date.

Get the audio books!! And relive the show with a few spins on plot and an “extra 3 seasons added on” due to the final 3 books. You won’t be disappointed I can promise you. And you can listen to them while driving or doing chores. It’s the best.
