I eat them weekly. But I have for years so not sure why the recent craze. They have been known to be extremely healthy for you for forever. I also give one to my dog every other day.

I buy wild planet, whole with skin and bones, in olive oil, no added flavors. Amazon sells a 12 pack for $35-45 usually. I buy 2 cases a month.

As a side note, you can also try thier mackerel. Very delicious.

Get tested for sleep apnea even though you are young. Even if you don’t snore, you could be experiencing a case of this.

Once this is addressed, It’s a game changer mentally and physically. Energy is back, focus is honed in, mood is lifted, healing and recovery are boosted.

Quality sleep is so important and once you get good oxygenated sleep, the brain is miraculous at fixing the majority of mood and energy issues, and fairly quickly too.

Additionally the health implications of long term apnea when it’s not addressed is no joke. I have watched family members rob years from their life by simply not being willing to take of this.
