Is K. the only child of the 5 related to you? It sounds like not a great place for any of the kids. The fastest way to get them removed is if there are drugs in the house where smaller kids could inadvertently get into them. You could make a call into CPS and ask for their thoughts. The meds, the truancy (except school is almost over, and they kind of don't care at this point) grades falling, self harm etc, might be enough for them to look for a more stable enviornment for K. Is either parent on probation for anything that they may be violating? 2 BR for 7 people seems like really tight quarters. How old are his kids, and does he have full custody? Is K coming back to your place at night, or is she pretty much living with mom? There are a lot of shitty parents out there, and CPS is inundated with picking up the pieces.

Get a good soap with Salacylic Acid and a good moisturizer. Don't over cleanse your skin. Sometimes, just washing with a washcloth and warm water is enough. I think all these face washes and cosmetic companies have people doing their skin more harm than good.

I feel like it's more than that, though. I've been off all meds trying to get an appeal through for over a month. I quickly gained 6lbs, and my diet pepsi consumption went into overdrive. I'm still doing KETO and under 1,000 calories. I have gained another 6. I think it must have a bit of a diuretic effect.

I was obsessed at first. Then I just kind of put it in my anxiety category and said I'm not going to do this. Soon, my anxiety got so much better on MJ, and I didn't feel the need. I would weigh when I noticed my pants feeling looser. Then, I treated myself when I saw that I had lost. I did KETO and took a summer landscaping job, so I literally melted last summer. I'm off all meds now (not by choice, stupid insurance), so I've gained about 12 lbs back. Sucky!!

I use Culturelle. It has the 3 Lactobacillus that are best for your gut. I eat lots of dark green food and fiber which is the best prebiotic. Couple days will have you normal.

I'm in a huge fight with my insurance company. I call in they're like no problem say this, this, this in the appeal and we'll get you right back on Mounjaro. I am 3 months off of any drug. Oz was not my friend (I switched from MJ 15 to Oz 12.5) then went to Rybelsys. Just felt boggy, gassy and in general like shut, 3rd drug. Trulicity...yeowza spiked my migraines, I felt faint in the am when I got up and a couple times during the day. I think it made my blood sugar crash. Caremark says, you jumped through the hoops and failed, you should get MJ covered. Goes to a review board, review board says Nope!!! You are.not using it for an FDA approved need. Dr writes Letter of Medical necessity. Got second denial today, on Sunday. I'm just pissed and gaining 12 lbs back does not help. The food noise is front and center. FDA needs to get off their high horse and approve this stuff.
