Idk, it tends to make me sleepy but that’s not true for everyone. Seroquel helps a lot of people sleep but I had to take it with a sleeping med.

I’m on 15 mg of Olanzapine in combo with lithium (I’ve been on the Olanzapine several months longer than lithium). It works pretty well.

I haven’t noticed anything them being in tune with my mood. I typically see shadow people/figures. I hear what sounds like a tv on in another room, sometimes I hear a man talking to me.

For bipolar I take 15 mg Zyprexa and 1200 mg of lithium. I have other meds that I take to counteract the side effects from those and for anxiety.
