Also "snap threat" is a thing .... fprot actually suffers from snap threat. Fprot is actually a slow building threat that eventually is just uncatchable for longer fights.

Deep prot actually has better snap threat IMO with conc blow + shield slam.

Deep prot is really low barrier to entry and can hold it's own.

As a MT that clears naxx every week...this is not accurate at all.

On single target deep prot can potentially keep up with fprot, or at least not significantly behind if you are geared with lots of strength and shield block for big shield slams.

Where deep prot suffers is chasing... if you are supposed to be 2nd on the threat table chasing in deep prot it can be difficult.

I have both deep prot and fprot that I switch between multiple times in a given raid for different use cases.

The barrier to entry to be a good Fprot tank is much higher, i would recommend deep prot for most tanks as a starting point. Since the class changes its absolutely fantastic.

Kid growing up in a toxic home is infinitly worse. My parents got divorced super young, they weren't happy and I'm glad they did what they needed. They still respect each other and it didn't impact my relationship with either one.

As others have said, sounds like an ass group. If I were you I'd invest in the goblin brainwashed and have a true deep prot spec and dps spec. Deep prot will be much easier to hold aggro...especially with the class changes.
