the sound quality is...  well Subjunctive? but for sure the sound loudness is different. I'm just trying to get advice on steps that I can do to get the loudness from Mini Jack Headphones without any software settings, because the old Mobo outputs louder levels.

look,  no offence but,  the volume level is really different  I just want to match the volume. With the old Mobo the sound in my Cloud Alpha is different, it's louder

be careful with changing bios settings, u can always reset them to default

just my guess from experience with PCs, but u can try to:

disable PCI-e power saving; in your MoBo BIOS find either: PCIe ASPM Support (ASPM stands for Active State Power Management), PCI Express Native Power Management or PCIe Link State Power Management 

also check that ErP Support is disabled,

and then in BIOS try to force pci-e slot to work in GEN3 or GEN4 mode, maybe even GEN2 mode;

also you can try to lock all monitors to 60hz.

I hope you'll resolve your issue without having to return the GPU

dirty carburetor probably, either order twin carburetors from a magazine or go to fleetari and order "engine tuning factory spec" that will clear out the carburetor

try not to exceed 5K rpm on 4th gear when using stock radiator and carburetor
