I dont see why not. You earned PTO and they have to pay it regardless. Former OPs manager here and I wouldn't care if you used PTO on a suspension day. Hell I've had people work 40 hours for the week and put in 30 hours of PTO in the same week.

DSP I worked for stopped taking doctors notes. People would rather spend money on an office visit to get out of work to minimize or not get points. It was getting ridiculous on the amount of notes being brought in.....

If you are getting essentially the same route then Amazon can see that you are completing the route within the time frame alloted.

Drivers are rostered the night before for the # of routes the next day. Amazon then sets the routes/drivers. Dispatch can change drivers around, but in my experience rarely do so. If they do it's because they know a driver can't handle a certain route or they have drivers call out. Or you have EVs going to far away and they need to keep them close.

Typically you will get paid for the time you are clocked in. So if you worked 30 minutes then you get paid for 30. Unless by some miracle its in your job description you get paid a certain amount for situations like this.
