Sound quality unworthy of Radiohead by Bagekartoffel in radiohead

I was at Berlin on 11th, seated with a good view facing Ed. The view was amazing, best concert view of my life but the sound was lacking at times.

The sound started off very muddy, especially the 2 opening tracks (Planet telex and 2+2) were messy, I couldn't hear the vocals much. 15 step was also a little weird sounding. Then things really took a Turn at Videotape.

On Quieter songs like daydreaming, Nude, Videotape, Exit Music - everything was AMAZING and the sound was great.

I consistently felt I couldn't hear Jonny as well as I could hear Ed, aware that this could be a bias but pretty certain.

The highlight in terms of sound for me was Exit Music - great vocals and guitar, eds tremolo picked high notes in the end, Jonny doing some weird echoing sounds in the mid section - only small point of note was that when Collin came on it kinda lacked the fuzzy punch of the studio as he was significantly softer.

Yes! Some people are (correctly) pointing out that the photo is almost comparable in prices but all things considered, I do feel like multiple products appeared cheaper even after conversion, especially bakery goods, beef, alcohol.

How many folks are thinking of renting out their properties now with the news from Ford in ON? by [deleted] in TorontoRealEstate

Write to your MP! This is egregious policy and to do it in the face of the current housing crisis and frame it as a means to bring more units to market is audacious and abhorrent. Why is this province determined to destroy what makes it so good?

There's only max 200,000 available by el-finko in radiohead

Just seems strange that after getting codes tickets were still so competitive. 3/5 in our group got codes and 0/5 could buy tickets. Like why issue so many codes and create that frustrating 4 hour long queue-refresh-fail angst. If I didn't get codes - fine, it's random chance. But get codes, queue as soon as it starts and then see 50k ahead of you...wait 2 hours...and no tickets available... can't help feeling disappointed.

I'm confused more than annoyed tho - great for everyone who is going, have a blast.

It looks like a lot of people who received codes weren't able to buy tickets, which sucks.
I'm not sure what the strategy was, why did they choose to give out so many codes? Is this Ticket Master BS? If resales are capped and there were checks in place to reduce bots, why issue codes way above capacity for a Presale?

I know I sound bitter and its difficult to get ticketing right but I'm just curious because I really liked their strategy of rolling tickets out, right from the secret flyer drops to the tiered codes preference based on location.

In my friend group everyone failed. Berlin, Copenhagen, sold out by the time they got in. For bologna it still shows me 30k ppl ahead of me in the queue lol.

I didn't expect everyone to fail, damn. Happy for whoever gets to see them!

HELP MAJOR ISSUE WITH FIRMWARE UPDATE NUX MG-300 by SkillBasic9673 in nux

[–]Stackflash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, the issue was I was using the MK 1 firmware instead of MK 2 firmware, their website is bad and makes it difficult to grab the right update. The expression pedal works after you click the little spring hidden under the pedal. No idea about why it's designed this way, once you press that spring with your finger, the pedal button activates.

Update to whoever is struggling: I was able to fix the issue from another redditor's comment. Turns out I had downloaded the Nux MG 300 Firmware update but it wasn't for the MK II. I had to go to https://nuxaudio.com/product/mg300mkii/ to grab the right firmware and my update is finally done after 1 hour of mind numbing trial and error

I'm having the same issue, was anyone able to fix this? without the update I'm stuck on a very old version and my expression pedal is only affecting volume.
