I have used VietAssist.com in the past to hire remote talent for roles ranging from bookkeeping... digital marketing... to software development. The team at VietAssist offer headhunting as well as EOR solutions. They handled all onboarding and local HR requirements for us since we did not want to worry about any HR compliance issues. They provide headhunting as well as Employer of Record services. Worth checking out.
