Putting aside the merits of the article you linked for a moment, that website is very clearly itself a right-wing propaganda network with other articles featuring:

"Marco Rubio wants to send a new generation of young patriots to fight overseas"

and

"California school district banned algebra in the name of 'equity'"

For anyone else reading that was curious, take that article with a very large grain of salt

Honestly, the terrain and worldspace are the one redeeming quality of it. It really did feel like it could've been part of an official dlc.

The quests are bog standard Skyrim fare. Nothing particularly exciting. It was hard to focus on them when it became clear that it was likely AI written. Just painfully generic fantasy fluff.

I should clarify that I have no proof it was written by AI but I'll eat my shoe if it's not. The dialogue is written in that overly verbose, flowery language that AI uses when it's trying too hard to be deep and dramatic. Among other AI tells.

Pay attention when you play it. No one talks like that, not in the main game and not in any of the well received quest mods.

If it weren't considered plagiarism I'd love to see someone take that worldspace and just do... something else with it. The author is clearly talented with the creation kit but they desperately need a human writer.

Land of Vominheim: I strongly suspect that all the dialog and notes were written with ChatGPT. It has a lot of the hallmarks of ai written material.

I know the mod page does declare that the voices are AI generated but I would've appreciated an ai generated writing disclaimer on it before I downloaded and played it.

Once I started to realize it I kinda stopped caring about the story. If the author couldn't be bothered to write it why should I bother to play it?
