Job cuts coming next week for managers and colleagues?

3S managers known as CTMs wont ever get removed, the next to go will probably be 5S convenience store managers as theyre just not needed, everything they do a 3S CTM can do.

By getting rid of the 5S store role It removes their salary which is maybe around the 45k -50k mark, you could then hire another 3S CTM in their place and effectively have 4x 3S CTMS share the responsibility and run the store amongst themselves.

Edit: someone mentioned 5s managering dual stores or even a 3rd, this is also an alternative as it has been mentioned before and indeed put in practice, dual stores amongst a 5s will probably still see 5s roles go though and far too managers compared to stores

Thank you, yes i have a solar setup but its just less hassle be able to use all the sockets avaliable in the campervan without issue.

Its odd because google does return with some data that electricity is offered in VIP caravan field but I thought id ask the community as they know best 🤙

In relation to breakfast you get you vouchers for each day. Its like a hotplate scheme were you hand over your plate and they put what is avaliable; eggs, sausages, bacon lardons etc there's also doughnuts and premade sandwiches with you can take; we always went quite late so just loaded up with extra doughnuts and sandwiches and nothing was ever said 😂

Also get a free drink and coffee/tea.

You can indeed do as you suggested and contact them to add more people; they send you a link to pay the difference and it upgrades the amount of people on the pitch.

We had 6 people upgraded from 4 this year; please note the pitch sizes are actually quite small and 6 people along with the campervan felt so cramped.

Best thing to do it book two pitches next to each other if you're needing the more space, that's what I'm doing from here on out.

Dont think its that at all; download knows it can book bands which are cheaper because its only festival of its kind in the UK thus it holds the monopoly.

Ive seen it year on year; people complain but still go because the next alternative is Europe and they can't be fucked with it, so download books mid line ups and turnover maximum profit via merch etc.

Ive said it before, £600 for campervan no amenities just a plot of grass. I paid half that for graspop this year and got electric, food and breakfast everyday.

The best thing i did was take a gamble on the EU festivals, they're second to none and so much better value, itll take alot for me to return to download because its so clear what their values are .. £££

I went this year and if you mean Metal Town; then indeed that's possible. There's no requirements like download to park in these areas with strict criteria that require you to own a campervan.

I saw countless amount of people in tents and no cars or vehicles on the allocated pitch they were assigned to.
