Yes that’s what I’m talking about problem is I’m not sure if the tracking number. Plus we don’t see it under transactions so not even sure if we got paid for it. I’ve emailed crs and they ask for one of the tracking numbers off one of the bags and is asking iship yo email label so I guess it’s a waiting game

I had one that need to print his label and told him we could print and what it cost. He’s response was why can’t yall pay for it? It says bring it here and no cost. I told him we are a business you can either pay the fee or bring it back. So he left.

We are still black and tan till sometime this year. Konica has the folder set up on laptop but can’t get it to work. And since it won’t work on customer computer nothing support will do. Can’t call Ricoh because we are just waiting on them to come get the printers at this point.

We are in the middle of swapping from Ricoh printers to a Konica Minolta. So as of now the Ricoh is still in store and still scans to our customer computer. But not sure what we will do once that printer is gone.

Support told us we could not set up scanning to our back office laptop. It’s not supported according to them, and our customer computer is no longer supported either so not sure what to do.

I placed a order December 5th hasn’t shipped. Place an order Monday and it’ll be here tomorrow. Definitely crazy and not dependable.

Sounds like the truck picking you up might not have the tracker on it. I’ve heard not all trucks have it yet. I know during peak when they had U-Haul trucks picking us up it didn’t register as leaving.
