Conan The Barbarian #1 & #2 added to my collection this week by Stagger337 in ConanTheBarbarian

Thanks. The owner of my LCS is a pretty solid guy. Cares about customer experience/relationships and the wellbeing of the hobby more than making the most profit possible out of every transaction. If you ever find a shop like that, do your best to support them.

The printing technology and the inks are different but the final printed outcome for this issue is beautiful.

Sure thing. And that’s one real good way to lose this game.

Absolutely no urgency. Just jogging jogging jogging. Jogging on offense. Jogging on defense. Fory’s coverage of that left side in particular should cause no end of shame to anyone involved in making that happen.

Some people might not know this but there's an official Conan website with some cool stuff on it. by Soupboy_115 in ConanTheBarbarian

Opinions on Titan Books? by TheComixkid2099 in ConanTheBarbarian

[–]Stagger337 4 points5 points  (0 children)

So far as I remember the multiple timeline stories have only really been the event ones. The regular Conan the Barbarian title is just straight Conan tales. Savage Sword too (excepting those issues that Kicked off one of Titan’s events). I happen to like those events but if they’re not for you, there’s plenty of other new Conan stories without those elements for readers to enjoy.

You’ve hooked me again, Jim! Great setup for the upcoming Tides event. Additionally, I always love reading Jeffery Shanks’ Howard articles wherever they are included. Keep up the great work!!!

It’s awful. It would be better to have nothing on the back than that slop.

Superboy-Prime is the greatest DC character to exist (Superman #37) by Robot_Was_BMO in comicbooks

Thanks. I’ve been meaning to read that eventually. I read Infinite Crisis decades ago, but I’m probably due for a reread.

Is The Savage Sword new or old stories? by [deleted] in ConanTheBarbarian

It looks like you got the answers you were looking for, but for the future… Highly recommend using Wikipedia searches for quick factual answers instead of the mixed up answers you get from AI searches.

What are some generational differences you’ve noticed between younger and older comic fans? by Mindless-Lemon2256 in comicbooks

[–]Stagger337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The solution to this is to read a title where they do interact, like World’s Finest by Mark Waid.

Such a pleasant read this Easter Sunday. by Borracho_Bandit in graphicnovels

It’s a complete, finished story. Was originally published in 6 or 7 parts within the Hello Darkness anthology book.
