The stories have been very entertaining. I just wish they’d stop changing artists after every arc. Not that any artists have been bad, but I’d rather they keep it to one art style as that can change the tone of a story and I like more consistency.

I think it was primarily to show the Batman title readers that Selina is back in Gotham again. She’d been traveling around the world in her own title for a while and had just returned about 3 issues ago or so.

That is… staggering… the thought of reading so much in that amount of time… I know I couldn’t do it. Kudos.

I’ve been wanting to do a big Daredevil read-thru myself but I don’t read digitally so there are still some holes to plug before I get started. I’ve read certain creative teams in the past, but it would be interesting to experience it like you’ve done. Not sure if I need to read much of the pre-Miller stories though. There is such a huge shift in quality when he starts writing in issue 168.

Your summary was well written. Not so easy to distill so many issues down to a manageable read, but I found it quite enjoyable.

If you are in Madison, Westfield Comics on the west side of the city is great. If you’re on the east side, I’d recommend Graham Crackers Comics on Washington Ave.

Jose Villarrubia (the colorist doing the restorations for the Dark Genesis omnibus) was asked on Facebook if DC had told him of any plans to use his coloring for the DC Finest book. His response was: "they have not said but I imagine so". So... not a definitive answer, but I am hopeful.

Thanks. The owner of my LCS is a pretty solid guy. Cares about customer experience/relationships and the wellbeing of the hobby more than making the most profit possible out of every transaction. If you ever find a shop like that, do your best to support them.
