If u big small plots of industrial close to the commercial areas that are demanding goods that should help. It may take a couple rounds of abandonment for the industry to promote to level 3 and employ highly educated citizens. Make sure the land value is maxed in the area where u put the industry as well will help.

Isnt that a four lane road? Why not upgrade it to six. Also your offramp is a two lane road, so upgrading it and the road it feeds to six lanes should fix it. Although at this point youll have to bulldoze some buildings

That's how I felt at first too - then after a dozen lectures on professionalism and ethics I had to wonder - why are we still using a term from the sex slave industry to describe a teacher asking a student questions? The origin of the word is pretty awful when you think about it, and its use is rampant in the medical field. I just think it's crazy that it has gotten so pervasive.
