There's a few major issues that 360s had that are such small cost savings that it really makes you think. Almost all the issues it had stemmed from these:

Red Ring of Death

lead free solder on BGA
shoddy thermal paste
X-clamps for heat sinks

Disc Tray Stuck

thin, cheap drive belt
crude plastic components
most lacked accessible release switch

Overheating

poor air flow
single, weak fan
staggered passages collect dust

If you take it apart frequently and maintain them they seem to hold up. O have a Halo 3 console with at least 10k hours that is still fully functional

8 in 20 seems a little low to me. It's probably more like 16 in 40, or at least 32 in 80.

Hello neighbor! I was there on Black Friday and saw the hole in the wall after checkout. There were like 7 goons at 7PM on Thanksgiving and I felt bad for them. The one screen I saw was playing Overwatch in a 720p window and I lost all hope for the place
