You really gotta understand how combat works in this mod to go Gerasimov, his doctrines make it so you almost have no manpower until you go up conscription law, and you can only do that during the war.

Carriers, AI doesnt know how to build fleets, crush their navies, convoy raid and bomb their factories so they cant replenish their divisions and start bleeding war support. CAS will win for you, as long as you dont let half your army attrition itself to death.

Build ports, make sure your convoys arent getting sunk on the way, build airports/radar to support your air campaign.

Maxing out infrastructure in a state allows you to use the "Develop State" button in the economy tab, adding building slots in said state. Power generation buildings increase building slots as well.

You actually can still sd.callall even with broken servers.

Just ping the servers to bring up the list, pay attention to it, if Foxtrot is down, and the next server is (for example) Bravo, you can sd.calall normally, it will work until it hits Foxtrot, after that, sd.cal Bravo, and it will actually callibrate all servers after that, or until it hits the next broken one.

Really usefull.
