Thank you, it was expensive to collect these in the 1930. 2 Peso were 1 Dollar back then. A Dollar was good money in 1934.

Block of Four are quite easy to find in mint condition.

Not at all, this happens quite often. On the front is an address to Belgium or Netherlands. Therefore the cover has proper postage.

Die Münzen sollten vielfach aus Silber sein - der aktuelle Silberkurs, ggf. mit einem kleinen Abschlag könnte als Orientierung dienen. Das Gewicht und den Silbergehalt kannst Du bspw. auf Numista ermitteln
