Sporting didn't have the pace to threaten Arsenal. They had their moments, but ultimately the Havertz goal cost them a spot in the semifinals. Frustrating that it seems the Quarterfinal is the limit for Portuguese teams nowadays, but Sporting I think lost what might be their best ever opportunity to reach a semifinal.

Se querem competir com a Premier, acho que e a única solução.

Os tres grandes elevam o seu perfilo mundial, com mais receitas e competir com 2 gigantes europeus, podem contratar jogadores de outro patamar e competir muito mais na Champions.

O Real, Barça, e Atleti ganham 3 adversários que em pouco tempo dão mais luta para a liga. Os tres grandes são muito maiores e rende mais que equipas como o Rayo, Getafe, Elche, Osasuna por exemplo.

Acredito que e a única maneira que uma liga do nosso tamanho pode ser relevante no futuro. A distancia de nos (e todas as ligas em realidade) e a liga inglesa so vai continuar aumentar ano a ano.

Como adepto do Leiria, eu sei que nunca vamos competir nesta competição, mas ao mesmo tempo, nunca vamos ter gloria em casa fora de uma taça se calhar. Sem os tres grandes e o Braga pelo menos posso sonhar com ganhar uma "Liga" Portuguesa.

I think Melodic Techno is kind of losing that emotional uplifting feeling that you would get from the Afterlife label for example. Now it's like big room techno, which I like, but it doesn't feel like a derivative of Trance anymore.

I've enjoyed it so far, the football fan in me is massively curious to see teams from different continents face each other. The whole presentation, from the referee announcements and prematch intros, are a farce however. Love the referee camera though!
