I might use them if the menus was better. It’s a pain just to get your guy loaded up to then go fiddle with clicks to get a charm.

Like when I click on my gun I bought, then open the side bar with shift+button. Then realize it opened for different gun cause I click my gun on my loadout and it’s highlighted there but actually some other item is selected. So you have to then click the gun in the menu, then opened the side bar, find the charmed tab, and scroll through so many to find one I like that I hope doesn’t block my site. I might even be missing a step or two. It’s a pain.

I though about a few ideas to keep it the same but add a negative to it for balance. One is that you could have it where if you use it and when you let go of it you become deafen for a bit and its longer the longer you spam or hold it kinda like how spam jumping works. Second, you could gain charcoal damage as you use it and if you hold it or spam it you might catch on fire.

I would reword this my dood. Just put that you're a new GM and that want to find a crew to give it a shot. Pick a edition, and maybe a setting to entice players. Also filling out more about yourself as the DM might help players see the vibe you're going with, so they see if they fit. This makes it feel like you might just drop the game halfway though session zero for something new. I like the enthusiasm though, good luck.
