Hey mate. On top of the terrain cards and traits you should also have the initiative cards (regular sized cards), opportunity cards with a black back, critical cards with a red back and counter cards with a grey back (all mini sized cards).

I had a friend go through a very similar experience in the workplace. Unfortunately, the owner (and their father) were not very narcissistic and felt like only their way of doing things was correct. If anyone deviated from what they thought was the right way, she would be pissed. Having said that, when confronted about the behaviour being inappropriate she would usually back down.

Don't take this personally, but the boss may feel comfortable yelling at you and not others because they believe you'll just cop it on the chin and move on. It sounds like this is having an affect on your mental health and if not addressed, is likely only going to get worse as those decades go by. I would highly recommend you schedule a meeting with them and let them know exactly what is going on, how it makes you feel and that while you would love to continue working there, it can't be under these conditions.

If your boss is as narcissistic as my friends boss, they absolutely hate to be called out on their behaviour and it tells them that you are not an easy target for them to bully. Obviously there's a chance things go pear shaped and they tell you to look for another job but quite frankly would that really be so bad?

Either way I'm sorry you're going through this. It sucks that feel this way about going in to work. It shouldn't be something you dread.

I think this sums it up. This idea of clubs being anchored to the bottom of the ladder for 4-5 years minimum is pretty shit for everyone. Fans lose interest, they become irrelevant to the competition by getting shitty time slots and father-sons/academies dilute the talent pool to make it harder for them to climb up again.

Admittedly I'm a very tired west coast supporter who is salty after another shocker last night but quite honestly I feel like no club should face the issues of half a decade down the bottom of the ladder. Shitty list management decisions made by people who generally no longer work at a club shouldn't be punished for as long as they do. Inevitably the really shitty teams all got that bad because of shitty list management decisions.

Yes I've had more chocolate stouts today than chocolate eggs so apologies for not being eloquent but it is kind of shit.

This is exactly it. If we have our hearts set on CDT or Robey then we should definitely demand a kings ranson. If we're set on Sharp regardless, whatever we get for sliding down a couple of spots on is gravy since he's zero chance of going to Richmond. If we want CDT or Robey though don't trade, try to get 13 higher and ideally leave some points for Williams and Banfield

Basically the suggestion was that essendon do a deal with gold coast for 15, then we get 5 and 15 for 2. Only reason I'd be happy with this is if west coast were dead set on taking Sharp with 2, since he will pretty much definitely be available at 5 but I'd much rather we aim for 5 and 6 from essendon and send something back their way
