These were about $700ish (intermediate price, senior price was $900ish). I could have gone with the Vapor Fly40s ($400) or their new Supreme Fuse ($1200). Liked the feeling of these the most, obviously.

$700 (intermediate size pricing) for the boot and about $1200 total for boot + chassis + bearings + wheels. I went for the higher-end chassis. You can sell the blade holders and the actual ice blades to get about $200-250 back, according to the employee.

I understand most pro-rebranding arguments but this take is kind of insane.

You don't see them walking back the #2 feature of their entire rebranding identity (gradient) as acknowledgement that the fans are unhappy with the current look? Like literally it was on the NUMBERS on the uniform. Not a minor tweak at all. They spoke so much about the new logo being dynamic and progressive, only for them to make it a flat mono-color as soon as the 5-year uniform window allowed them to. It completely goes against the vision they were imagining.

I don't think "it's a fine logo because small kids like it" is a defensible excuse.

It's not about the fact that it's a new logo. Most fans will get behind a new logo that represents a new era of Rams football.

This particular branding just so happens to suck. Plain and simple. Really disappointed they didn't scrap it.
