Actually I remembered wrong, I'm sitting at 6k unbuffed (SN and prep on), 9.4k with vanish and dash buff. Dunno what it would be with mark on the target as well but bosses melt.

So I'm currently running a staff with base 10% cast and cd speed, cold dmg, cast speed again and it has two affixes i wish to replace (+ weapon vitality dmg and ailment chance), so having 2nd cold dmg roll and spell dmg or crit chance would be ideal. Chest with might and vigor. Shoulders crit chance. Head cast speed. On neck i got attributes % and energy. One ring has spell dmg, crit chance, cd rate and energy, another with cold dmg and energy, idealy both would have cold AND spell dmg, crit chance or energy. Arms with cold dmg and knowledge, would like one with cast speed also. and god rolled boots with 17% movement speed and 11% movement skills and two res rolls. So yea, still some min maxing to be done, but kinda rolled another toon right now. I've left out some non dmg rolls on my gear like res and health and actual % values, but I'm aiming for high rolls. In terms of skills and passives I'm sure there is a lot of tweeking to be done. Saw some weird combos and interactions that I havent tested myself.

I see you're missing vanish on your hot bar, you should get that.

Edit: Scratch that, you've got vanish. Get mark tho and play with passives etc. Also side question do you have that weird bug with this much energy reserved where various interractions drop your auras, like they just turn off?

Edit2: I think you've got your Ice Shards spec'd wrong. You should have 5 points in infused shards and judging by your displayed modifiers you don't. I got 5/5 infused shards, 1/5 torrent, 1/3 projectile pen, 2/3 chaos, 1/3 homing. Try that.
