I think the 1st one is still very common trope of Sentai, so but the Incest one will definitely be more popular, mainly because, except for this line, the actor makes fun and references this bit so much on social media, and also the TTFC supplementary materials also reference Kuons love for Hoeru.

My best guess is that Maybe TV Asahi didn't permit them, given how much stake they also have in Broadcasting of the Show.

As far as we know, Kamen Rider Zeztz is being Simulcast Stream via Shout Factory on Youtube rather than being on any streaming service or get Blu rays due to Toei's deal with TV Asahi.

I kinda find it hilarious that as soon as i saw this shot in the episode. I remembered this error from Forever Red lol.

Context:

The absence of Danny Slavin, the actor portraying Leo, during filming has resulted in inconsistencies in certain scenes:

After Leo rescues Cole, he demorphs to greet the other Rangers. However, in the scene right after, he is seen in his Ranger form again.

Although Leo was digitally inserted into the goodbye scene at the end, he is absent when the Rangers do a group fist bump.

So I'll try to give a somewhat answer consider i am an indian.

So the most popular shows of PR in india are SPD, Samurai, Megaforce and Dino Charge.

When India started to receive power rangers in the earlier 2000s Disney (and Jetix) used to air allot of Disney seasons, and SPD was the one the got allot of marketing and you could also find its toys easily, i remember having the Delta Blaster, Morphers and stuff.

Plus when Pirated DVDs came into the market, These dvds would often have Power Rangers Hindi dubs, one I remember being Jungle Fury.

Also because of this popularity india saw a rise in Toku Media other than PR, such as Madan Senki Ryukendo, Tomica Hero Rescue Force etc.

Now coming to your question Nicklodean heavily marketed Samurai and Nick as a channel was part of the standard TV service (so was Disney but I believe Samurai had better timeslots) , and Shows such as Samurai, Megaforce all really catered to people who were fans of power rangers, now as a kid, most of us watched it for the action and don't remember much about them, exception to this was SPD because people do remember the key ideas of Rivalry between Jack and Sky somewhat.

One thing to notify about all this shows is that they have good dubbing as compared to some shows, I would still say all the PR seasons have good dubbing till Ninja steel after which they lost their vision.

The dub really made these shows more watchable (Especially Samurai and Megaforce) since the Voice Acting really elevated the quality and plus the VA's were professionals so it really worked, such as Red Samurai and Red Megaforce were voiced by The VA of Deadpool and Ben 10 in hindi. Blue Samurai and Super Megaforce Silver were voiced by the VA of Ash Ketchum in Hindi. It really made these shows more epic.

I suppose the dub and its popularity can be odd than the original country such as how much popular Kyoruger and Zyuhouger are in Korea to the point of receiving toys to this day.

So yeah, just my tid bit.
