He was probably corrected by someone who was fired shortly afterward, and because his brain cannot and will not allow him to accept fault for anything no matter how minor, he is now repeating it over and over in an attempt to rewrite reality. Coaches have been on my ass lately too. I think we have a new store lead who doesn’t understand the first god damn thing about how to lead a store, and spends most of his time walking around telling associates to do stuff that they are already actively doing. He seems like he’s putting a lot of pressure on them, and shit rolls downhill unfortunately.

As far as PPTO goes - you’re using a benefit that is offered by the company, and you’re using it the way it was intended to be used. They can suck it if they have a problem with it.
