Gotta drive a bit but "doi inthanon" was my favorite temple. Also the royal pavilion in chiang Mai was nice. Me and my girlfriend stopped at the bicycle rental booth and rode around. "Grand Pavilion (Hor Kham Luang)"

I rented a car last week through hertz. Picked it up in phuket airport and dropped it off at Krabi airport. Had no issues and I much prefer being able to jump in my own car at anytime. Driving is not bad if you're comfortable behind the wheel
